· Who is it intended for?
This course will hugely benefit investment bankers, investment managers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, chartered accountants, company secretaries, consultants, self-employed professionals, inventors, law students, MBA students, engineering students. It will supplement them with practical legal skills which are required to raise and manage investments.
The eligible candidate should be persuing or should have completed an undergraduate course from a recognised university/college in India or abroad. Admissions will be made on a rolling basis throughout the year. Students will have access to the course materials for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase with an option to renew the access for a nominal fee.

Invesment Law is not taught properly in law schools. This leaves lawyers with an incomplete knowledge of investment law. The objective of this course is to provide relevant practical legal knowledge of various financial laws and regulatory authorities to lawyers which will help them to understand the nuances of the practical legal knowledge relevant to investment law and institutional finance.
