Course programme

This course teaches different topics and sorts of Yoga with a firm groundwork of 'Ashtanga Yoga' in the conventional line including modern & ancient approach of Yoga Therapy. It also provides a detailed training trainig based on the classical scripture. This training can be used in teaching & introducing Yoga therapy for some ailments also.
