Advanced Services - Cisco IPCC Enterprise PPDIOO Workshop

The programme is for those technicians and masters who are in the field of Cisco ICM & IPCC Advanced Technology Partners, Advanced Services delivery teams, sales engineers, project managers, system architects, and project engineers.

Eligibility

Those candidates who are interested in pursuing the Advanced Services - Cisco IPCC Enterprise PPDIOO Workshop (PPDIOO) course must fulfill the following requirements

Must be a certified IPCC or ATP
Trained in Cisco ICM/IPCC Products
Knowledge of Project Management

The main target of the Advanced Services - Cisco IPCC Enterprise PPDIOO Workshop (PPDIOO) programme is as follows

By the end of the programme, students will be in a position to change business necessaries in call flow design & scripts, developing IPCC scripts, producing reports, assembling of documents, implementing scripts, undertaking central rectification, IPCC solutions, deploying solutions & testing.

The Institute also has a well equipped lab facility for the students.
