The ATDC’s spread across the Country reaching form urban to rural areas; seek to develop skill at grass root level to make the personnel of the Garment Manufacturing Industry aware of the yardsticks of Quality, the export demands, different patterns required & the latest techniques in Cutting, Sewing, Pattern Making and finishing of Apparel.
Social Commitment To Below Poverty Line Women & Other Needy/ Disadvantaged Section Of Society
As part of institutional social responsibility and to create employment awareness for weaker sections for he society and to provide them opportunities for a better livelihood, in collaboration with the National Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation (NBCFDC), National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) and National Scheduled castes Finance & development Corporation (NSFDC), OBC/SC candidates by signing mou’s. A Special fee concession also offered b the ATDC to candidates sponsored by various Gov., Departments/ Welfare organization under ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Gov of India like National Minorities Development & Finance Corporation, National Safai Karamchari Finance & development Corporation etc.
Over 16000 students belonging to weaker sections of the society (BPL) especially women have been trained with the help of various central / State welfare organization and all of them suitably employed in garment industry. Various initiatives are on the anvil for the development of women, SC, ST
