This course aims at to rewarding careers can be made in each of the auto industry in three main activities -
manufacturing, servising both maintenance and repairs. The following course curricullam is designed to acquaint a learner with the various aspects of repairs and servicing of two & three wheelers.

This course has been divided into four modules.

Module - I : Trade Theory

· History and Development.
· Power generation system.
· Cooling system.
· Lubrication system.
· Electrical Systems.
· Transmission System.
· Running System.

Module - II : Workshop Calculation & Science

Module - III : Business & Communication English

This course will aim at improving fluency, comprehension, expression and accent neutralisation and to enhance communication skills through improved linguistic abilities.

Module - IV : Trade Practical

· Basic Servicing techniques of different four wheelers engine.
· Equipment and tools used for servicing and reapairing.
· Preventive care and maintenance as per manufacturers specification.
· Types of mechanical faults and trouble shooting.
· Types of electrical faults and trouble shooting.
· Servicing and repairs of two wheeler and three wheeler
i) Scooters - Bajaj, vespa & Mopeds ii) Motor cycles - Hero Honda, Bajaj Caliber, Suzuki, Rajdoot
iii) Auto Ricksaw - Diesel, Petrol, Gases iv) Two stroke and four stroke engine and its function.
