Information technology department was established in year 1995 offers a Bachelors of Engineering degree. With a highly competent and qualified faculty and state-of-the-art infrastructure, there is a constant effort to motivate and nurture talent which is evident from the fact that a team of IT Faculty and student made it to the top 20 teams of "IBM Great Mind Challenge 2006″,"IBM Great Mind Challenge 2009″ and to the best teams of "IBM Great Mind Challenge 2008″.At the undergraduate student level , the students have presented IEEE papers at South Korea and Spain.The department has undertaken research in the fields of "Global Service Oriented Architecture" , "Mobile Computing" and currently a full fledged work is going on for the upcoming and most discussed "Cloud Computing Technology".
