B S Electronics

This course is designed to provide:
A solid understanding of the basic principles of electronics.
Familiarity with electronic devices, and basic testing equipment.
Practical skills in designing, analyzing, building and trouble shooting of basic electronic circuits.
Upon completion of the course, students will:
Be able to understand basic electrical and electronic terminology.
Be able to analyze simple circuitry using basic laws as Ohm's and Kirchhoff's laws of electricity.
Be able to identify basic electronics components and use them to construct simple projects.
Be able to distinguish between electrical energy and power.
Be able to predict the behavior of simple transient circuits and filters.
Be able to use computers in order to build and analyze virtual electronic circuits.
