The definitions, examples and applications excepting classifications of the following prominent figures of speech only :-
Slesa, Upama, Rupaka, Utpraksa, Parinama, Bhrantiman, Apahnuti,Atisayokti, Tulyayogita, Dipak, Prativastupama, Dristanta, Nidarsana, Vyatireka, Samasokti, Aprastutaprasamsa, and Arthantaranyasa.
** Explanation of one Karika/ Sutra of 6 marks from Kavyalamkara – Sutravritti, explanation of one Karika or short note of 6 marks from Kavyadarsa chapter I & determination of two alamkaras of 6 marks each from Sahityadarpana 10th chapter must be written in Sanskrit Language.
