The college offer number of courses, one of the course is B.Sc. in Chemistry.

The English - medium, self-financed college is an ISO 9001 : 2000 certified institution. It was established in 1996 with a munificent donation by Natubhai V. Patel Charity Trust.
Those who have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination(Science Stream) are eligible for admission to B.Sc. & B.C.A.
The college is the only self-financed institution in the Gujarat State to have been recognised by UGC for receiving Special Programme assistance under Sections 2(f) & 12(B).

The college library with latest books, journals and dailies is housed in a separate building. It is named after the donor, Shri Shantilal Patel of Khambholaj. Students Counselling Service Cell provides counselling to the students. In addition, remedial classes, weekly tests and open-house programmes are also organised.
