The course of Hotel management and Catering Technology has been offering innovative world class education for a global career and is dedicated to bringing in Global level excellence in the fields of Hospitality and Tourism. The infrastructure development in the Department is of world class standard the Basic Training Kitchen (BTK), Basic Training Restaurant (BTR), Bakery and Confectionary has been recently fully renovated with high polished Marble, Granites tiles used for Flooring. Wood covering on the wall sand a separate wash-up area built adjacent to the Basic Training Restaurant. Students of B.Sc Hotel Management and Catering Science are provided ozonised and UV treated purified water in the laboratory area.
Every year equipment maintenance and purchase is a regular exercise. Student use all equipments to the optimum level. After the renovation of Basic Training Restaurant and Model Guest Room II, Two new Air Conditioners have been installed.
