The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, since its inception, is well known for producing engineers with all round expertise to meet the growing demand for technical man power in the industrial area. The Department is equipped with excellent infrastructure and state of the art equipment to explore the technological challenges in the areas of Electronics, Telecommunication Networks, VLSI design, Signal Processing and Software Engineering. The course curriculum is subjected to regular updates based on interaction with the scientific community and inputs obtained from the industries so as to facilitate better comprehension of the cutting edge technologies. Highly experienced and dedicated faculty imparts quality training to motivate students with stress laid on application of engineering fundamentals to problem solving. Currently, the Department is offering a B.Tech Degree program in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Our aim is to provide theoretical as well as practical knowledge to the students which will help them to built up their career in the professional field.

Infrastructure of Laboratories
Basic Electronics laboratory-:
It is well equipped with Trainer kit, CRO, Analog, digital multimeter, Analog IC tester , power supply, Electronics circuit components and we have a CRO Trainer which is very helpful for students to understand different part and working principles of CRO.
Digital Electronics lab-:
This laboratory is well equipped with digital trainer kit, digital IC tester, CRO, Multimeter, function generator. We have facility to design small digital circuit in this laboratory.
Instrumentation and Measurement lab-:
We have a well equipped instrumentation and measurement laboratory with trainer kit to different type of transducers bridges, distortion factor meter etc. This laboratory have a modern radio receiver system by which student can acquire knowledge of radio receiving system.
We also have software laboratory enriched with latest electronics software such as - VHDL, PSPICE, with the help of these software students can verify their result which are getting frame hardware circuitry.
