B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

The EEE department at SJCET aims to mould and refine the students as good professionals to face this challenging world. At present the department has 10 faculty members headed by Prof. G. KISHOR. Among the eight, three are Associate professors and seven are Assistant Professors. All the faculties are post graduates.

The Department Laboratories are provided with the equipment which are purchased from leading manufacturing companies like BEC, Kirloskar etc. The outstanding features of Lab are suited for even research work.

The department Library consists of 400 Titles with 1,000 Volumes for references by students and staff. The department Library also has National and International Magazines, Journals.

The faculty and the students are provided opportunities to enhance their skills by involving in paper presentation, workshops and conferences. Right from second year onwards there will be Training and Placement classes and GATE coaching classes.

Most of the alumni of department are placed in reputed companies like TCS, CTS, Infosys, Satyam, Wipro, IBM, Transco, Genco etc. Every year, some of the students are getting GATE scores and pursuing their M.Tech courses in reputed institutions.
