Electronics and communication Engineers design, fabricate, maintain, supervise and manufacture electronic equipment used in the entertainment media, in hospitals, in the computer industry, for communication and in defence. They work with devices that use extremely small amounts of power, such as micro processors, fibre optics etc. Electronics Engineers design, develop, test ands maintain electronic parts and systems. Electronics Engineers can work in the area of telecommunications, broadcasting, aviation, defence, robotics computers, biomedical engineering and meteorology. Electronics Engineers may specialize as chief electronics engineers, communication engineers, computer engineers, radio engineers, process control engineers, biomedical engineers, mechatronics engineers, software engineers, information engineers or telecommunication engineers.
