B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering

Due to massive proliferation of Electronics during the last few decades, electronics has got its separate identity in the field of Science and Technology. Presently, the field of Electronics has gained utmost importance in our society. Electronic appliances are used in homes and industries as much as in offices, malls and airports (RFID devices, finger-printing etc). In fact, it is a field in which rapid developments and inventions are taking place every day.

The other part of the branch is Communication which refers to the sending, receiving and processing of information by electronic means. Communication started with wire technology and is refined through the use of satellites and fiber optics. This branch includes the study of various subjects such as Power Electronics, Control Systems, Antenna, Robotics, Micro Processor, Solid State Devices and Satellite Communication.
