The Mechanical Department is concerned with identifying the underlying principles by which manufacturing environments can become more productive, reliable and cost effective.
Under Mechanical Engineering Department there are laboratories like Thermodynamics Laboratory, Fluid Mechanics Laboratory, Theory of Machines Laboratory, Basic Mechanical Engineering Laboratory, CAD/CAM Laboratory, Metallurgy Laboratory and Drawing hall with capacity of 120 students, providing hands on experience, especially important in this field, which is provided through these well equipped laboratories. AutoCAD 2009, Pro-E designing softwares are provided in CAD/CAM laboratory of the department.
The department has well qualified and dedicated faculty & staff well-maintained discipline and complete infrastructure facilities.
