B.Tech Programme in Biotechnology

BTech in Biotechnology at I.T.M.E. is a 4 years program in 8 modules including all views of the topics besides the learning of budding sectors. The various sector inside the Departments contains Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Bio-informatic, Database Management Systems and Computer Networks, Plant Bio-technology & R-DNA Technologies.

Candidates learn & tests on cells biology, microbiology & r-DNA Technologies & other sole topics in high specialized technological labs.

Practical application of Biotechnology envelops a wide range of sectors from agricultures to industries - foods, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, bio-product, textile, medicines, nutritions, environmental conservations, animal science & others. - creating it one of the greatest expanding field now-a-days. Research indicates that there will be a growing requirement for trained personnels in the Govt plus private sectors & also in academics in college, university & bio-tech researches.
