Introduction

Travel and Tourism industry is one of the largest & fastest growing industries in the world, providing vast and numerous lucrative career opportunities. It Provides an understanding of the practicalities of the travel professionals' role, the importance of exceeding customers' expectations and the foundation of airfare calculation and ticketing. The course deals with Tourism Product and Tourism Business, Tourism Marketing, Airline Ticketing, Tour Operator organizations, and Travel Agency Management. Entrepreneurship Development Program, Customer Relationship marketing, PR etc with on-job training.
The whole course gives a broad spectrum of the tourism industry with a strong emphasis on practical training.

Assessment
Assessment is by examinations, reporting assignments and a project. The internal appraisals are based on a combination of practical assignments, internships, examinations.
