Our comprehensive BA program inDigital Film Making & Recording Arts covers the entire gamut of film making experience and teaches you the importance that sound plays in the making of a film. Over the course of 36 months,you will master Art Direction, Sound Design, Web Animation, Programming, Lighting & Camera Techniques, Story Boarding, Film Production, Computer Graphics design, Broadcast Production, Studio Management and Business Management.

Course Content :

First Semester :
History of Film, Media & Communication, Film Theory and Photography, Computer Fundamentals, Design Theory, Sculpture, Drawing and Painting, Basics of Business Communication, Physics and Environmental studies.

Second Semester :
Visualization & Scripting for VFX, Basic Direction, Story Boarding, Editing Aesthetics, Budgeting & Scheduling, Digital Cinematography, Lighting, Live Sound Recording, Sound Designing, Digital Graphics and Imaging, Web Development, Extended view on Business Communication, Physics & Environmental Studies

Third Semester :
Advanced Scripting & Visualization, Advanced Direction, Acting Theories, Production Design & Make - up with lots of Workshops, Projects & Travel Exercises, Direction, Acting, Web Animation, Online Publishing, Pre - Production for Animation, Video Production for Multimedia.

Fourth Semester :
A - Z of Directing Documentary Films, Music Videos & Short Films, Film Appreciation & Critics, Modeling and Fun Demands of Animation.

Fifth Semester :
Media Literacy, Media Relations, Media Communication, Marketing & Promotions, Business Agreements, Contract Issues, Intellectual Property, Copyright Digital Property Rights, Marketing & Advertising and Consumer Psychology, Post - Production & Communication Ethics.

Sixth Semester :
Advanced Post Production, Advanced MIDI, Advanced DAW Techniques (Protools and Nuendo), Audio Portfolio Project. Internship for hands on experience and industry applications with Specialized Projects on Making a Short Fiction Film and Making a Documentary Film.
