Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) 3 Yrs

The duration of the course leading to the Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) shall be of three academic years. Each academic year comprises of 2 semesters.

II Year LL.B
III Semester 1. Constitutional Law
2. Property including Transfer of Property Act & Easement Act
3. Public International Law
4. Interpretation of Statutes
IV Semester 1. Taxation Law
2. Law of Evidence
3. Labour Law
4. Legal Language & Legal writing
Practical - I, Practical - II
(Practical-I & Practical-II for both III & IV Semester: It will be conducted throughout the Year)

III Year LL.B
V Semester 1. Criminal Procedure code, Juvenile Justice Act & Probation of
offenders Act
2. Civil Procedure code & Limitation Act
3. Environmental Law
4. Administrative Law
VI Semester 1. 1. Arbitration, conciliation & Alternative Dispute resolution system
2. Land Laws
3. Intellectual property Law
4. Human rights
