Course programme

The BScMIT program focuses on various aspects of radiodiagnostic
technology and medical imaging for appropriate
diagnosis of diseases. Graduates will able to meet requirements
of health care sector by managing radiological diagnostic service
facilities and assist in radiographical procedure involving
ultrasonography, Computerised Tomography (CT) scan and
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
Objectives:
- To make the students learn the basic anatomy of the body
so that he/she can interpret the parts on the radiograph.
- To teach the basic physiology of the body & how
pathology will alter it leading to a disease process.
- To train the students in conventional radiography as well
as in modern imaging techniques.
- To educate students about a few alternative procedures
which are not routinely performed.
