Lest it be forgotten, the course is considered to be complete only after the candidate has undergone a compulsory 6-month Full Time Rotating Internship.
BPT Course Objectives
Acquire adequate theoretical & practical knowledge in basic Medical Subjects.
Acquire Proficiency in the skills of Basic Physiotherapy Procedures and Techniques duly supported with adequate theoretical basic of allied sciences.
Acquire ability to detect Patho-physiological impairment of structural & functional deviations, using methods of physical diagnosis to evaluate the disability prognosis.
Acquire competency imparting physiotherapeutic measures of specific choice/s towards symptomatic, preventive, curative and restorative or rehabilitative goals.
Acquire ethical as well as moral codes and conduct of Professional Practice with dedication towards patient welfare as the prime responsibility.
