Beginners Course in YogaHimalayan Yoga Tapovan
This is a Beginner Level Course which takes place for a period of seven days. In this course participants are introduced to traditional hatha yog. By doing this course for 7 days you will gain knowledge of the fundamentals of yoga & meditation in addition to its way of life. It’s specifically intended for those who are starting with yoga furthermore want to practice more asanas only and get a sight of the prosperity this gorgeous science of life includes. The course curriculum is divided into three modules. Yoga classes will be held from Monday to Saturday wherein particpants will be introduced to different forms of yoga like aasanas, pranayam and chanting. Philosphy and Q&A will be held from Monday to Friday. Meditation classes will be covered from Monday to Saturday where the focus will be on making mind strong through enhanced levels of concentration.
