In this high performing training program the candidate will study the new heights of performance which seems to be like, the process to take to make effectual work groups, plans for efficient team building, and the ways to guide and direct high performing groups.
The candidate will build its own preference for working as a group member by means of the I.E.C.C. Group questionnaire and expand insight into other I.E.C.C. Group tasks within a team. The candidate can apply this information to think the ways to apply in a best manner by learning to build a high presentation by team towards the work.
This teaching is for those people who are novel to leadership position or requiring raising the performances and synergies of their group.
The aim of the curriculum is to allow applicants to build the information and skill to make and uphold a good presentation team.
The main contents covered in the curriculum are as follows:
• Features of good performing groups
• Create a convincing vision
• Create a group charter
• Group roles and achieve an impartial good performing team
• Team developing phases
• Influence team developments
