If so, undertake this Business Administration Postgraduate Programme delivered by the HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute and published in, which leads to the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with progression to MBA.

The programme is addressed to current and future CEOs, team leaders and entrepreneurs, as well as Business Administration graduates and everyone interested in managing business. It is divided into 12 lessons covering the following topics: delegating tasks and authority, Human Resource Management, decision-making, joint ventures, strategic alliances and Financial Risk Management. Candidates will also learn how to improve their managerial effectiveness, structure organizations and motivate their workers, among others.

The programme is delivered in three different formats: video-enhanced online mode, intensive full-time classroom-based mode (three months) and full-time six months method. Every candidate must reach the required minimum credit hours and pass the assessment independently of the delivery method. Those candidates failing to achieve the assessment required for the Postgraduate Diploma after two resubmissions will gain the Certificate of Attendance and Participation.
