Course programme

This certificate programme is meant for the students who want to develop their knowledge in food & beverage services which can lead to entry-level job in local, regional in the hotel and related hospitality fields. This programme combines the theories, practicals & industrial experiences to train the students for entry-level posts in the different & challenging food service field.
