CPA examination consists of 4 different papers and they are as follows
a) Auditing and Attestation Exam which is of 4.5 hours
The paper includes the knowledge of auditing process, audit standard prevailing in United States & knowledge of attestation. It trains students how to plan the engagements, internal control, informations about documents, reviewing and evaluation of informations.
b) Financial Accounting & Reporting Examination. It is of four hours duration. It consists of MCQ and simulations
Far includes topics like principles of accounting which is in use in United States. It is mainly used in business and non-profit organization, government offices and how to use this skill. It also covers topics like concept & standard of financial statement, different objects in financial statement, different type of transaction & event, accounts & reports of government offices, accounts and reports of non-profit organization & NGO
c). Regulation Examination. It is of three hours duration.
REG includes knowledge of federal taxations, principles, professionals & authorized tasks, business laws, and the skills necessary to apply this knowledge. It also includes ethical & professionals responsibilities, business laws, federal tax process, accounts, federal tax for property transaction, individual tax etc
d). Business Environment and Concepts Examination. It is of 2.5 hours duration . It consists of MCQ.
