Cookery Class: Desserts
A dessert is a course served generally at the end of a meal, usually sweet food or, at times strong flavoured foods.
Although eating fruits or nuts is an ancient tradition, the concept of a 'dessert' or 'pudding' is only a recent development. Contrary to usual beliefs, 'desserts' & 'pudding' are more or less the same because while the U.S.A, Canada & Australia prefer the word 'Dessert', it's English couterpart is called 'pudding'.
However we have divided into 2 parts :-
