The Cuisine of Thailand is known for its balance of five fundamental flavours in each dish or the overall meal, i-e hot, sour, sweet, salty & bitter. Thai food is better described as an eclectic mix of the four main regions of the country : North, NorthEast, Central & Southern. Instead of a single main course, a typical Thai meal consists of either a single dish or rice with many complementary dishes
