Course in Cupcake

Focus will be on cupcake recipes & baking techniques plus the creation of a wide range of toppings & fillings that will wow your taste buds.

Students will experience a ‘cupcake tasting’ as they explore the flavour pairings of fillings, toppings and cupcakes prepared during class.
Students will further apply their creativity as they explore the different options available to create gorgeous cupcakes including flowers, animals and faces. In addition, students will also learn how to properly store and transport cupcakes.
