In this course four basic topic is covered named :Alignments, Concentration, Breathe Awareness & Individual Attention. Under Alignment student learn to get the appropriate alignment in the posture which make energy flow appropriate and help in balancing body and mind. Under concentration student learns the trick of concentration and how to keep the concentration constant. In awareness of breathe student learns to breathe slowly and it help in completing the posture perfectly. If we breathe properly it keeps the mind composed and help in relaxing and doing the asana perfectly.
