OBJECTIVES Main objectives of this course are how to: · Nourish creative spirit · Dispel myths and misconceptions that limit one's creativity. · Discover new vistas of knowledge. · Get techniques and strategies to increase one's creative ability. · Convert ideas into potential commercial ventures. · Be a catalyst for innovative thinking in one's group or organisation. · Overcome blocks and move to higher ground. · Enrich communication content. LEARNING METHOD Tacit Learning is the main educational methodology adopted in this course. Participants will intuitively acquire knowledge of the conduct and action suitable to their creative endeavours. The entire approach is integrative, cultural and interdisciplinary. Lectures, case studies, discussions, guest lectures, reflections on industrial experiments, exercises, personality tests and counselling, screening of video tapes, group exercises and group presentations, interaction with creative personalities, theme paper etc. will form part of the course.
