This course is concerned with persons who have been promoted as Clerks and Head Clerks. The Directorate of Estates under the Ministry of Urban Development is responsible for the administration and management of residential accommodation in this very regardl;knowledge will be offered in areas related to allotment with retention period as well cancellation with the purpose of renewal forms in respect to residential housing will be facilitated;you will also be studying on the purchase procedures as per govt norms that dates back to 2005.
