Yoga symbolizes the universal requirement to evolve and transcend all restrictions. It is the ancient mysticism to invent a way to connect with the source of life within human beings.
The Institute trains students about Yoga based on five principles. These are Meditation, Yoga Nidra,Antar Mauna,Hirdayakasha Dharana,Shatkarmas
Yoga teachers guidance method :
Group practice and presentation skills
It involved all the fellows teaching and noticing and helping in the sessions. Yogic idiom skills and clocution. Neuro-Linguistic sessions for the yoga teachers
Students practised Meditation, kirtan, namaskara, balance of the body, satsang marg, breathing exercises, etc
The main five points of yoga are Asanas, Pranayama, Savasana, Dhyana and proper food.
By the end of the course, one can either join a spa or can work as a yoga trainer
