D. Phil. Chemistry

The department is striving hard for the improvement of teaching and research standards. Department is well established with modern equipments like GCMS, HPLC, FTIR, UV etc. Under the FIST level I program, DST provided infrastructure and a Computer Laboratory to the Department. In order to make subject and teaching interesting audiovisual aids OHP, LCD, refined model sets are being used. The achievement of the department is reflected by the placement of its students. The Chemistry Department is honored by its students' placement in defense, ONGC, State and central government, pharmaceutical companies, as well as in teaching including in Universities.
