Course programme

This intensive course covers:
* Definitions of authority and power, responsibility and accountability
* Concepts of delegation and empowerment
* Process of delegation including barriers and support mechanisms
* Techniques to monitor outcomes of delegation, and feedback, recognition and reward techniques
