This one day course covers key areas relating to efficient succession planning:

Identifying and developing the skills and competencies the organisation needs to retain
Mapping the talent needs of the organisation against potential employees
Reviewing various succession planning methods
Developing your approach to succession planning
Selecting approaches that work in retaining people with required skills.
