Passing A 2 / the Grundstufe 2 of Max Mueller Bhavans in India or of any Goethe Institute worldwide, OR

Course programme

The University of Mumbai offers Diploma in German to its students. The course structure for it is as follows:

The Diploma Course consists of two papers.

Paper I will be dealing with advanced level grammar. Its aim will be to strengthen the structural knowledge of German, develop writing and speaking skills and to lead the students to the use of higher level of German language and comprehension of difficult texts.

Paper II will deal with the genre of short stories. German literary texts will be introduced to the students, which will also help to understand culture specific problems of understanding literature.
