Course programme

It is a certificate program by Maharashtra-State-Board-of-Vocational-Examination, Mumbai & Shell Education Society, and Mumbai. The duration of the program is two years consisting of four-semesters. The candidate must be SSC/10th-passed from a recognized board from anywhere across the country. Learners learning this 2-years program can also have a chance to complete 12th standard from outside either in Arts-Commerce.
The course is for 2-years period, in a module-format. The prospectus includes a four-Certification from Maharashtra-State-Board-of-Vocational-Examination and 3-Certification from S.E.S.-College of Hotel-&-Tourism-Management. This prospectus also includes studies in professional-grooming, personality-development, English-speaking, Self-Defense for females, with fume of industrial visits & work-shops.
The initial two-semesters focuses on considerate Food-&-Beverages services and Travel & Tourism* skills with good knowledge in the kitchen. This motivates pupils to experience outdoor-catering-services (ODC) and industrial-training subsequent to the finishing point of syllabus. This helps pupils to recognize the industry enhanced to work, study and earn. The next 2-semesters focus on Front-Office-Management-&-Housekeeping. In these 2-semesters pupil has to work for some-time* or understanding a obligatory industrial-training. (*optional)
