Diploma in Technical Skills

Diploma in Technical Skills Programme is designed to impart full fledged knowledge of Production engineering and other related subjects. This Programme aims to train the students in such a manner that on the completion of the course they can establish themselves as an industrialist and the leader in the field of Production Engineering. They are made well versed in the field of Engineering. Students will be made aware of the power of engineer in changing the lives of the poor and the weaker section of India.

Syllabus
Theoretical part:
Design Drawing, Non- Conventional Energy Sources, Industrial Management and Entrepreneurship. Heat Treatment & Quality Control, Basics of Tool Design, Strength of Materials, Fundamental of Electronics, Elec. Engg, Hydraulics, Heat Engines, Estimate & Pricing, English, Applied Science, Technical Math, Engineering Drawing, Production Technology, Material Technology,

Practical Part:

CNC Programming & Non Conventional Machines. Training of the production of non comples press equipments, moulds, jigs, fixtures and gauges, advanced fitting, Machine Work training with Lathe, Milling machine, Surface chopper, Cylindrical chopper and Tool & Cutter Grinder. Training in Inspection, Heat treatment and preservation.

Assignment:

Relevent assignments.

Requirements :
Student should have passed SSLC /PUC/12th with not less than forty five percent numbers in Math's and Science. Age should be min nineteen years. Tallness 155 centimeter and should not weigh less than forty kg.
