Earthquake Disaster Response Course

Aim of this program

To teach Responder in Earthquake Disaster Response Management so as to make them capable to work as Leader of different team organized after earthquakes.

This course enables:

On completing other training program, the students will be capable of performing the below mentioned:

: Undertake Search & Rescue Operation.
: Organizing Relief & Recovery measure.

COURSE CONTENT

: Science of Earthquake.
: Problems of S.A.R in Earthquake.
: Rules of Search & Rescue (S.A.R)
: Studying of Building collapses.
: Uses of Rope for rescue.
: To utilize of Emergency Shoring.
: Precaution on going in damaged building
: Uses of breathing equipments
: Debris tunnel-ing
: Uses of small tool & equipment
: To Lift & stabilize load.
: Casualty Triage
: Organizing of Relief and Recovery measure.

LEVEL OF PARTICIPANT

The program is planned for Civil Defense Instructor, Home Guard Platoon Commander, Havaldar & above from military/ paramilitary force, Revenue Staff working in Disaster Relief Management at State / District level and Member of NGO.
