Course programme

The institute has well experienced and highly qualified faculty in all disciplines. It strives for the enhancement of academic performance of the students. With the changing time, there has been a revolution in the conduct and delivery of engineering education. The management encourages for acquiring higher education by sponsoring them. The faculties undergo summer/ winter schools/ workshops/ training programs etc. to upgrade themselves. The faculties are actively involved in research and development activities, consultancy projects, writing of books and paper presentations/ publications at national and international levels.

The department has taken development as a continuous process and assured this through its mission. The department has blend of senior, young and dynamic staff. The department has following laboratories equipped with modern instruments and advanced software.

Microwave and fiber optics Lab.
Communication Lab.
Advanced Printed Circuit Board Lab.
VLSI & Computer Lab.
DSP Lab.
Embedded System Lab.
To cope up with the advanced curriculum of the university, all these laboratories are equipped with special instruments like Wobuloscope, Emulator, OTDR simulation package, Xilinx 6.4, PLDs, TMS 380C50 DSP trainer kits, Klystron & Gunn benefits.

The department has organized following workshops to improve student's practical knowledge

Embedded System Design using Microcontroller
EDC Foundations
The department also organized "TECHNOEVOLUTION2K8" 2 nd National level paper presentation. There was huge response from all over India. The department has a student association ELITE (Expressive League of Inspiring Telecommunication Engineers) for department student activities.
