Executive - Master Business Administration

INTRODUCTION
The One Year Executive MBA Program is specially designed to equip executives with the skills and knowledge they need to get ahead in their careers. The transition from being a Professional to a Manager, in today's knowledge economy, needs a sound grounding in the core disciplines of Management, as well as skills in Leadership and Strategy.

OBJECTIVE
This program will equip the candidate with the skills needed to be an effective manager, leader and strategist, the skills required to enhance business competitiveness, and interact effectively with executive management as a strategic business partner.

INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEM
Each student shall get an SLM (Self Learning Material) Course Package at the beginning of the Course. These SLM's shall serve as a guide for self study.
Students get access to a feature rich Online Learning Management System,with Recorded Video Lecture’s and other e learning content for the duration of the Program.
Students shall have access to regular Counseling & Teaching Sessions conducted by institute’s faculty, delivered using a Live Virtual Classroom Platform.

ELIGIBILITY
Duration Eligibility
One Years - Two Semesters

1. Candidates who have passed any Bachelor's degree of a recognized University with not less than 3 year of Full Time experience a Managerial / Supervisory / Professional Role after their graduation (Three years Full-Time experience shall be determined as on 1st August of theyear of admission) AND
2. Should currently be working in a Professional Capacity in any organization. (Professionals may be defined as those candidates who are working in the Corporate Sector (Private Company / Listed Public Company) or a Public Sector Unit such as BSNL, MTNL, NTPC, BHEL etc.) Typical Roles of a Professional may be in Management or Technical or Industry Specific, like Manager, Engineer or Sales and Marketing Professionals, or in the defence services.

CERTIFICATION
Candidates successfully completing the program will be awarded a degree in Executive Master of Business Administration from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore.
