FLIGHT RADIO TELEPHONE OPERATORS’ LICENSE

Flight Radio Telephone Operator’s License is provided by the DG of Civil Aviation, New Delhi after giving exam in writing taken by the Chief Flying Instructors of the Academy on this matter.
FRTOL will be provided after the respective requirements are fulfilled:-
a. The candidate must not be less than seventeen years of age as on the application date for issue of P.P.L.
b. The candidate must provide a Medical Assessment Certificate given by Director General of
Civil Aviation.
