COURSE OBJECTIVE

To teach officers & personnel of organization to work as Trainer & leader of Disaster Response team in emergency.

This problem enables:
On completion of the training programme, the participants will be able to perform the following:
: Organizing flood/cyclone disaster trainings.
: working as Leader of Disaster Response Team.
: Operating flood rescue equipments.
: Organizing quick relief measure.
Curriculum

: Defining sorts of Disaster.
: Reasons of Flood in India.
: Reasons of Cyclone and hurricane.
: Problems of Landslide.
: Control of Relief operation.
: Rescue Operation in flood cyclone.
: Uses of Field machine for Rescue.
: Operation of Boat & OBM.
: Ways of Shoring
: Improved Floating aid.
: Preparing of Rope Bridge.
: Disposing of Dead body & Carcass.
: Managing of post Disaster service.
: Emergency Operation Center. (E.O.C)

LEVEL OF PARTICIPANT

The program is planned for Civil Defence / Home Guard Instructor, Paramilitary force personnel, Fire service personnel, Trainer from State Emergency Relief Service and NGO

Age should not be more than forty five years.
