Our objective to do this training is to create a larger pool of resources for ourselves and depute them on projects. We will give the training free but we expect the candidates to stay with us. The candidates will have to work with us for 2 years after the training. The candidates will get salary as per the market rate and also recieve annual increments. The exact salary details and increment periods will be discussed in person before the training starts. Based on the discussions the candidate will be given a document specifying the decided salary amount. Suitable for experienced IT consultants working on Java, .Net, VB, MS SQL, ASP, C,C++ etc. Also suitable for candidates who want to make a career shift into highly paid skills and technologies like Mainframes, AS/400, ERPs. Also suitable for functional resources like ERP end users, power users, functional support consultants who want to become a Functional Consultant. Also suitable for experienced networking/server admin consultants who want to enhance their skills towards JDE CNC, AS/400 Admin, SAP Basis.

About this course
Development experience of atleast 2 years is required.
He/She should posses excellent client facing skills, communication skills and teaming skills.
The candidate will have to get his own laptop during the training period.
This training is free; hence no fees are required.

We want experienced and specifically skilled people as per our project needs. This opportunity is not available to every one. Candidates with programming experience will get training on technical and candidates with sales / procurement / finance / manufacturing experience will get functional training.
Selected candidates will start the training with an assured offer. The salary will start after the training. There will be no stipend during the training. The training duration is tentatively 4 to 6 months.
