Both established in 1985 by Anand Sagar(Sharat Arora) a long term student of BKS Iyengar.
Sharat’s priority of living and practicing in a natural environment led him to choose Goa, best known for the safest beaches in India. Dharamsala is best known for being the residence of H.H the Dalai Lama. The centre offers various yoga and meditation courses to suit the students requirement and time frame. There are basic yoga classes, yoga classes for a week, intensive yoga course, yoga teacher's training courses, therapy courses and yoga for children.
The courses are informative, motivational and above all experiential.
