inductions, orientations, coaching & instructing

For any excellence organisation considering in the values of HR, having a devoted pools of sea-farers is a necessity. It all begins with the assortment of the accurate persons & preparing them into well sea-farers. I.M.T.C. has been concerned in the selections, orientations, instructing of coaching ashores & at sea, & instructing of Deck trainees & Trainee Engineer for organizations like Barber Ship Management & Bergesen Dy & have, in the procedure, formulated substantial knowledge in this action.
The most important characters of the action are:
Selections of trainees & trainee engineer which involve:
· Ad in the important newspaper.
· inspecting of application on the base of legal & company requirement.
· publishing call letter to short-listed candidate.
· carrying on written exam.
· carrying on interview with the candidate by a board admitting representative from our customers companies.
· Medical fitness & psychological test.

Orientations:
· Briefing previously to the candidate departing for pre-sea coaching to an organization permitted by the customer company.
· A detail & comp "Orientations Courses" after the Pre-Sea coaching
· Pre-joining briefing when a beginner link up a ship.

Supervising of Training & Instructing:
· Visit by our representative to the interested institutes at the time of land coaching to evaluate the growth of trainees & to lead them properly
· Issues of "On Board Coaching Program" formulated by I.M.T.C. or other Distance Education Program as relevant.
· Supervising the assignment sent by the trainees at the time of the on-boards coaching & offering feed-back to him.
· Carrying on Mid-sea programs for aspirants coming back from ship. The target of these programs is to talk about their assignment, recounting experience, clear doubt & put them through a set of lecture & computer base coaching program. Counselling is also provided for their consequent incumbency at sea as relevant.
· Liaisons with administrations on matter connected to the aspirants compulsory improvement reports & verifying of T.A.R. Books.
