This course is intended to convene the necessities for program of study approved beneath section D, E in addition to F of Schedule II of Indian Aircraft Rules, 1937 of Directorate General of Civil Aviation, which comes under ambit of Civil Aviation Department, Government of India, for issue of Indian Commercial Pilots authorization. Students wanting to do this course must have attained age of sixteen years and should at least have minimum qualification of being 10+2. Students falling in the ambit of science background are eligible to take part in this course and the approved board must be SSC board. A flight radio operator's license and radiotelephone license have to be obtained. During CPL, the candidate should have exposure to a range of aircraft and fulfill other conditions like specified hours of solo flying, cross country flying and height flying. The Indian Commercial Pilot License Course is a package course in addition to includes course outline of all authorization exams obligatory to befall a specialized pilot viz.
