Intermediate Course in YogaHimalayan Yoga Tapovan
The course intends to discover the existential question plus sufferings in human life. It is a unique course as every participant can replicate upon his/her life for dropping, dissolving and destroying the very cause of sufferings. In this weekly course you will gain knowledge of a conventional progression which develops harmony in yourself. By experiencing this thoughtful stream you will extend your devout practice. It’s for those who have by now some understanding in yoga along with meditation. The module of the course is divided into three sections.Section 1: Yoga – Here classes will be held from Monday to Saturday. The concentration point here will be on Yoga and its forms.Section 2: Philosophy – In this participant will be learning Yoga through the lenses of sutras patanjali. Classes for Philosophy will be taking place from Monday to Friday.Section 3: Meditation - Classes will be held from Monday to Saturday wherein the focus will be on making mind stronger and focused by means of concentration.
