This course presents many technical concepts involved in both voice and data networking. It is designed for individuals new to the telecommunications industry, new to a position, or in non-technical positions who wish to develop a basic understanding of the "how and why" of voice and data communications systems, networks and terminology; those who need to understand current networking alternatives and the impact of emerging technologies on business decisions and opportunities.
